Jonathan Howard is a seasoned recruiter and talent strategist with over 15 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations in the education and social impact sectors build high-performing leadership teams. He has placed hundreds of leaders, educators, and executives across the country, and is known for his thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to hiring.

Before launching the JoHo Talent Network, Jonathan served as an Associate Partner at Edgility Consulting, where he led CEO, Executive Director, and senior team searches for some of the most impactful nonprofits in the country. He’s a trusted advisor to boards and leadership teams—and to professionals navigating career transitions at every stage.

Jonathan launched JoHo to reimagine how organizations connect with exceptional talent—offering a more human, accessible, and values-aligned alternative to traditional executive search. At the heart of his work is a commitment to expanding access, surfacing untapped talent, and helping organizations hire with clarity and intention.
