Who It’s For

The JoHo Talent Network connects experienced, mission-driven leaders with high-impact opportunities in the nonprofit and social impact sectors. We welcome professionals who have held Director-level or more senior roles within the last five years—particularly in nonprofits, foundations, schools, public agencies, or other mission-driven organizations.

Examples of qualifying experience include:

Serving as a C-suite leader, Executive Director, or Vice President
Holding a Director+ role with cross-functional, strategic, or externally-facing responsibilities
Consulting or entrepreneurial work following prior senior leadership experience

Apply to Join - Submit a short application so we can confirm you meet our membership criteria and understand what kinds of roles you’re open to—now or in the future. Joining the JoHo Talent Network is free, but selective. We review every application to ensure alignment with the types of roles and organizations we support. Even if you’re not actively job searching, it’s worth joining so we can keep you in mind as the right opportunities come up.

Explore Opportunities - Once approved, you’ll gain access to our job board featuring senior roles across the nonprofit and social impact space. You can browse openings, set up alerts, and—depending on your search status—we may reach out with roles that align with your experience and interests.

Apply When It’s Right - When a role feels like a strong fit, apply directly through the organization’s process—and be sure to note that you found the opportunity through the JoHo Talent Network. This helps hiring teams prioritize your application and signals that you're aligned with their mission and values. For select roles where we’re providing deeper support, we also highlight strong candidates to the hiring team.

Connect and Advance - When there’s a strong match, we help ensure you’re seen. For roles where we’re more actively involved, we may directly introduce you to the hiring team or provide additional context to support your candidacy. From there, we’ll keep you in the loop on next steps and stay connected as your process unfolds.
